Document Inspector
The Document inspector allows you to adjust the overall appearance of your document.
Zoom
The Zoom setting controls the magnification of text in the outline. This setting does not affect the actual size of the text in the outline; only the display size. This is useful for improving the visibility of small text, or fitting more of the outline onto the screen.
Tap the
and
buttons to increase or decrease the zoom by ten percent.
On Mac,
you can use
Zoom
in
The Toolbar,
or these commands:
Row Status
Choose this option if you want to display Status Checkboxes along the left side of every row.
On Mac, you can use these commands:
Apply Template Theme
Open the Template Picker and select a Template Theme you would like applied to the current document.
Unlike choosing a template when Creating a Document, where the document you create contains sample content from the template, applying a template to an existing outline overwrites the document’s style properties, but does not overwrite any content. Applying a template theme will overwrite both Structural Styles and Named Styles., but styles applied directly to text will not be affected.
On Mac,
you can use

or this command:
Selection Inspector
